Are CEOs the new Directors of Wellbeing?

Wellbeing Knowledge Sharing Network

Thursday 2 Dec 2021
Thursday 13 Jan 2022

An opportunity for leaders and business owners to share knowledge and expertise in developing a wellness culture, to combat the ever increasing levels of stress.

CEOs and leadership teams are developing a healthier ‘wellbeing’ culture, to overcome the increasing levels of stress, mental ill-health and better connect office and remote workers.

We will be sharing knowledge on how to develop a  wellbeing strategy which truly engages and empowers employees. To reduce the risks and increase motivation.

As companies step up their wellbeing provision, we will explore whether CEOs are the new Directors of Wellbeing?
  • How can we combat the increasing levels of stress?
  • How can we avoid a fragmented two-tier culture of remote and office workers?
  • Would a better wellbeing help us to recruit talent?
  • Could wellbeing help me to retain employees?
  • Whats the real cost and impact of wellbeing on my business?

Spaces are strictly limited to 12 leaders in their field.

Our next remote knowledge sharing sessions for CEOs is:

Thursday 2 Dec 2021 14:30 (GMT)

Thursday 13 Jan 2022 14:30 (GMT)

Prior to COVID we'd all be sharing knowledge over breakfast in a beautiful venue. So for now you'll have to bring your own cuppa as we're meeting at your place via Zoom. The good news is you can wear your slippers and no one will ever know.
