Overview

Unhealthy habits, such as eating the wrong food, drinking too much coffee and a poor nights sleep have a negative effect on our health and contribute to stress and anxiety.

To form new habits we must first understand how changes are made within our minds. This workshop identifies the mind as the control center of everything we do, and by understanding how it works, we are able to create healthy new habits.

You will:

  • Learn the key components of mindfulness and how to use them to initiate change
  • Identify your positive and negative health habits
  • Learn tools will help to change your mind and for healthy habits
